About Us

Deysbrook VC opened in 2006 and was incorporated as a charity and company limited by guarantee in the same year. (Charity No – 119053, Company No – 06006733). The land that the centre is built on was leased to the charity for 199 years from Liverpool City Council

The objective of the charity was to promote and benefit the people who live in the wards of West Derby and Yew Tree.

Our management board, staff team and volunteers focus are to ensure we recognise the needs of different age ranges and enable access to our facilities to our user groups to help alleviate social isolation and loneliness. We do this by creating sessions and activities that engage, support, and entertain, often very marginalised groups of people, enabling them to meet up and create friendship groups and networking skills.
