Chair Yoga 10th December Christmas Celebrations.

Deysbrook Village centre host a Chair based Yoga session once a week in collaboration with LFC Red Neighbours (1 hour per week) and this session is extremely well attended and has been running for over a year.

The people attending this session have become close friends and share a whatsapp group to communicate. They wanted to spend some time together to celebrate the festive season.

The Deysbrook Village facilitated a small Chriistmas party/gathering. They had some nice food, hot drinks and lots of laughs.
