Deysbrook Village Centre Staff & Volunteer away day

On Friday 11th October 2024, 14 members of the Deysbrook Village Centre board, staff and volunteers spent the day away from the centre to discuss the future plans and training needs at the centre. It gave everyone the opportunity to ask any questions about the areas of the Deysbrook Village Centre they were unsure of.

It also enabled the centre manager the opportunity to pinpoint individual staff and volunteer training needs. The Deysbrook Village Centre are working with a local training provider to source bespoke, accredited training for all staff and volunteers to be facilitated at our centre.

At the end of the day we were able to compile a training timetable, staff and volunteers gained a more in-depth insight into the future developments of the Deysbrook Village Centre and we all had a lovely lunch from the local chip shop.
